When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials provided through your sign-in provider.
4.2 Conversation Data
Your conversations and chat history are stored locally on your device. They are not stored on our servers.
To provide AI-powered suggestions, conversation context is transmitted to our servers and processed by third-party AI services. This data is processed transiently to generate responses and is not stored persistently on our servers beyond limited retention periods for security and abuse prevention purposes.
4.3 Usage and Operational Data
We collect operational data to maintain and improve the App, including:
- Crash reports and error logs
- App interaction data
- Device and platform information
4.4 Subscription Data
If you subscribe to premium features, your subscription and payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly process or store your payment card details.
5. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing the service: Generating AI-powered conversation suggestions based on the context you provide.
- Account management: Authenticating your identity and managing your account.
- Service operation and improvement: Monitoring performance, diagnosing errors, and improving the App’s reliability.

6. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to provide the App and its features.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Operational analytics, security monitoring, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where we request your explicit consent for specific processing activities, such as the use of your data for AI model improvement (see Section 8).

8.1 Anonymised Data
We may use anonymised and aggregated data derived from your use of the App to improve our services, including the development and training of AI models. Anonymised data cannot be used to identify you and is not considered personal data under applicable law.
8.2 Consent-Based Data Use
With your explicit consent, we may use your conversation data to improve our AI models and services. You may grant or withdraw this consent at any time through the App’s settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Consent-based data use applies only to data collected after consent is granted and does not apply retroactively.
9. Data Retention
- On-device data: Chat history and conversation data stored on your device remains under your control. You may delete it at any time through the App’s settings.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfil legal obligations.
- Operational data: Server-side logs and operational data are retained for a limited period necessary for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement purposes.
- Anonymised data: May be retained indefinitely as it does not constitute personal data.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Your Rights
You have rights over your personal data under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to withdraw consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Estonia: the Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
